Job Summary
Promote and distribute Alani Nu at designated events, trade shows, and festivals while engaging consumers to encourage product trial and build heavy usage. Execute national brand marketing objectives by managing inventory, maintaining the branded sampling vehicle, and coordinating logistics with vendors and team members. Gather customer feedback on brand perception and record data from activations after each shift to support market insights. Maintain a clean driving record and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
- Valid state driver's license and MVR check
- Clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25lbs consistently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends & holidays
- Ability to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month
- High school diploma or equivalent
