Job Summary
Engage with vacationers, resort guests, and local visitors to introduce Capital Vacations and our vacation ownership programs; generate qualified tours and appointments for vacation ownership presentations; build rapport and create excitement around the vacation ownership experience; meet and exceed weekly performance goals. Must be outgoing, energetic, and a strong communicator with the ability to stand for extended periods; scheduling flexibility including weekends/holidays; reliable transportation; and prior experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, promotions, events, marketing, or sales. This role offers industry-leading compensation with hourly pay or commission, weekly payouts, and growth opportunities within a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Scheduling flexibility including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation
