Job Summary
Field Marketing & ABM Manager responsible for leading event management and ABM programs to drive pipeline. Develop target account lists aligned with Shipfusion’s ICP, identify and manage event opportunities (attend, co-host, or host), craft event briefs, forecast leads and ROI, manage budgets, and act as the single point of contact for event logistics. Build ABM playbooks tailored to verticals and buying stages, execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, ads, landing pages, direct mail), monitor intent signals, and coordinate with Sales on lead handoff and pipeline tracking. Deliver pre-/post-event ABM strategies, enable Sales with sequences and context notes, leverage partnerships for greater impact, and report on ABM performance. Require 3–6 years in field marketing with event management and ABM, ability to travel 6–12 times/year across the U.S., proficiency with ABM and CRM tools, and strong collaboration with Sales. Compensation ranges CAD 100,000–110,000, remote work option from Toronto, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of field marketing experience with event management and account-based marketing
- budgets management and ROI tracking
- ability to travel 6-12 times per year across the U.S.
- experience drafting and developing ABM outreach sequences for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many
- familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., N.Rich, SixSense, Triblio, RollWorks) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- strong copywriting for targeted ABM outreach sequences
- ability to collaborate with Sales to align on goals and pipeline
- remote work capability with Toronto, Ontario, Canada as location
