Job Summary
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and special offers. Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations without selling. Represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry while using this experience as a stepping-stone into management or furthering your sales career. This role requires availability for afternoons and evenings, specifically 1pm–9pm shifts, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. Candidates must be self-motivated, naturally outgoing, and able to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions. Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses provide average first-year earnings of $55k–$75k, with top reps earning $85k+ annually.
