Job Summary
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and special offers. Schedule free in-home product demonstrations by generating interest during friendly conversations, with no selling required. Represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry while using this experience as a stepping-stone into management or furthering your sales career. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with shifts running from 1pm to 9pm, featuring base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses. Candidates must be self-motivated, naturally outgoing, and available to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, standing for extended periods during canvassing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings
- Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
