Job Summary
Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and special offers. Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations without requiring sales closures. Represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry while using this experience as a stepping-stone into management or furthering your sales career. Work consistent M-F shifts from 1pm to 9pm, standing and walking for 6–8 hours daily in varying weather conditions. Earn up to $55,000–$75,000 in your first year with uncapped performance bonuses, PTO on Day 1, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings
- Availability for 1pm – 9pm shifts
