Field Manager

Field Manager responsible for overseeing the construction of custom new homes, managing multiple homesites, and maintaining relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners to ensure on-schedule delivery within budget. Enforces scopes of work, holds vendors accountable, and ensures quality throughout the build. Requires OSHA 10, first aid, CPR training; strong communication, time management, organization, and computer skills; experience in construction or related coursework preferred; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
