Field Manager

Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives to ensure team and individual sales targets are met. Conduct program trainings and mystery shops, work in-store, and oversee the daily deliverables of team members while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day logistics of programs on-site. Act as a liaison for deliverables to the Account Manager. This role supports the programs in-field execution for a top-tiered client in Acquisitions within the kite division of SDI Marketing USA Inc.
