Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily field operations for assigned landscape maintenance crews, overseeing 3–4 teams to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Conduct regular quality control inspections, enforce safety procedures, and track job performance to keep crews efficient and within budget. Coordinate crew scheduling, train and develop crew leaders, and serve as a liaison between field operations, account managers, and leadership. Submit daily logs, monitor equipment maintenance needs, and address operational issues promptly to maintain contract requirements and customer expectations. This role requires 3–5 years of landscape management experience, a valid driver's license, and bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or landscape management
- Previous experience leading and managing multiple landscape crews
- Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices, quality standards, and field operations
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to regularly travel between commercial properties and job sites
- Ability to perform physical activities including bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
