Field Manager, Irrigation

Lead a small team by holding 1:1 meetings, modeling strong management, and sharing key information across roles and departments. Provide consistent, constructive feedback using Radical Candor and support team growth through coaching and accountability. Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing policies, training your team, and recognizing safe behavior in the field. Own the irrigation process by managing schedules, coordinating repairs, and responding quickly to client and team needs. Maintain accurate records in Aspire by reviewing time entries, material allocations, and job costs daily. Ensure nothing is left behind while serving customers by keeping landscapes sustainably watered. Report to the Maintenance Operations Manager in the Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch.
