Job Summary
Field Manager oversees all field operations, supervising crews, developing daily/weekly work schedules, conducting on-site inspections, resolving issues to minimize delays, coordinating with project management and logistics, training and mentoring field staff, and serving as the primary on-site liaison with customers and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and ability to read blueprints are essential. Travel to job sites is required; safety and regulatory compliance are prioritized to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
