Job Summary
Field Manager in the Indianapolis Division oversees the construction and delivery of new homes, serving as the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home. Responsible for supervising trade partners and suppliers to meet building standards, delivering high customer satisfaction, conducting homeowner meetings and weekly updates, identifying recurring rework items and ensuring their elimination, and ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met or exceeded. Emphasizes data-driven problem solving, clear communication with customers and trade partners, and systematic daily workflow, with ability to travel to job sites regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in project management or residential construction
