FIELD MANAGER

FIELD MANAGER in the Northern Kentucky Division overseeing construction and delivery of new homes. Acts as primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates. Responsibilities include supervising trade partners to achieve building standards, delivering high customer satisfaction, conducting homeowner meetings and walk-throughs, documenting recurring rework items to prevent future issues, and ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. Requires travel to job sites, ability to lift ~50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on uneven surfaces. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, and experience in project management or residential construction.
