Job Summary
As a Field Manager, you will manage the construction and delivery of new homes, overseeing quality, timeliness, cost, and customer satisfaction. You will supervise trade partners and suppliers, conduct homeowner meetings, ensure adherence to budget and quality standards, and facilitate communication with customers and trade partners. The role requires systematic problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and physical stamina to navigate construction sites and perform tasks such as lifting and walking on various terrains. The position emphasizes achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and eliminating recurring rework items.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
