Job Summary
Oversee route management, sales, and customer service while supervising employee performance through check-ins, LQAs, and Field Safety Observations. Lead, train, and motivate Field Technicians of various skill levels by identifying training needs and implementing development plans. Manage production and efficiency via route oversight, call logs, and customer interactions, ensuring warehouse, office, vehicles, and equipment remain clean and organized. Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of all assets. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and setting an example for staff. Collaborate with branch managers to establish performance standards. Requires 3+ years of experience in chemical lawn care including route management or supervision, strong knowledge of local turf types and diseases, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Starting salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.
