Job Summary
Lead and coach a field operations team of service technicians and schedulers across a defined region from Moorebank; drive team performance, productivity and first-time fix outcomes while building a strong safety culture. Oversee scheduling and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery, and develop team capability through mentoring and ongoing training in a fast-paced, global company environment. This is a 14-month fixed-term maternity-coverage role with hybrid working arrangements and local benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams within a field service, operations or technical environment
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
