Field Manager- Construction Materials Testing

Lead field staff while performing accurate geotechnical and construction inspection and testing tasks, reviewing and approving technician reports for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and schedule technicians to support job site needs, organize preconstruction conferences, and develop job work scopes and estimates. Direct special inspections and materials testing projects, acting as an advisor on complex issues and providing technical guidance to clients during construction. Maintain communication with project teams and attend client meetings to resolve problems, ensuring adherence to the International Building Code and Department of Transportation standards. Identify and mitigate safety hazards for workers and the public while working in diverse terrain and weather conditions.
