Field Manager

Conduct direct voter contact via door-to-door canvassing and phone/texting using provided scripts, then accurately record results in campaign software and report cumulative data to the Canvass Director. Lead or assist in onboarding and regular trainings for performance improvement, messaging, and talking points while modeling ideal professional conduct and script adherence. Return and organize campaign literature, clipboards, and scripts after each shift, and assist with assigning Canvasser riders and drivers. Occasionally unload, lift, or move boxes of campaign material. Must be over 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
