Job Summary
Lead Field Management for large construction sites across aviation, sports, higher education and datacenters; establish operational objectives, delegate to subordinate managers, review progress, and develop/modify policies. oversee planning, design and/or construction management activities, and supervise personnel. Requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management with extensive MEP experience; relocation may be included; position does not sponsor US work authorization; in-person role based in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- BS Engineering, Construction Management and 10 years of relevant MEP experience
- AS/AA and 12 years of relevant experience
- HSD/GED and 14 years of relevant experience
- demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 10 years of experience in construction focusing on MEP systems
- experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and contractors on complex construction builds
- experience in aviation/airport, mission critical/datacenter, sports/arena, higher education
- successful track record of delivering through full project lifecycle (pre-con, procurement, construction, testing/commissioning, turnover) on multi-million-dollar programs
- strong stakeholder management, planning, negotiation, and executive reporting
- Microsoft Office proficiency
