Job Summary
Join TransCore as a Field Maintenance Technician responsible for toll system maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in the Greater Somerset area of Pennsylvania. Requires a valid PA driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to work an alternating schedule 24/7.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PA driver's license (clean driving record required)
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Ability to diagnose system problems using a volt meter
- Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to maneuver in tight spaces
- Ability to follow mandated safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Self-motivated with minimum amount of supervision
- Fundamental electrical/mechanical knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Basic electrical, electronics, mechanical experience
- Any applicable knowledge of Toll Systems
