Field Maintenance Technician

DRM Arby’s is hiring a Field Maintenance Technician (FMT) to perform routine preventive maintenance and repair across store facilities, structures and equipment including plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, drywall, and lighting; duties also include light janitorial tasks, seasonal grounds work, inventory management, vehicle upkeep, and evaluating whether to repair in-house or via outside vendors; requires strong communication, interpersonal, and computer literacy; High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance are required; 1-2 years of building maintenance or light construction experience is expected; position offers benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, PTO, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.
