Job Summary
Field Maintenance Manager who will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across Newark, JFK, and LGA airport locations. Responsible for equipment reliability of kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility infrastructure; lead maintenance personnel and contractors; manage vendor relationships and maintenance-related expenses; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime; provide on-call support and travel between sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and certified maintenance professional preferred
- Refrigeration certification and welding experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Must be able to travel regularly between EWR, JFK, and LGA locations
- Valid driver's license
- Previous maintenance management experience in a multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, airport, or commercial facilities environment
