Job Summary
Provide specialized nursing care under the supervision of an RN or MD in home health and hospice settings across CA, HI, OR, and WA. Perform procedures requiring aseptic technique (e.g., sterile dressings, irritations, and cauterizations), participate in planning and provision of patient care, and use nursing processes to implement and coordinate the plan of care. Deliver patient teaching and discharge planning, administer medications, and supervise ancillary personnel. On-call duties may be assigned based on location and agency needs. Adherence to vaccination requirements and E-Verify participation are part of employment requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP): Required
