Job Summary
Coordinate local deliveries and pickups for surgical procedures, manage inventory and instrument resets, schedule and prioritize deliveries to minimize time-sensitive delays, ensure necessary shipment paperwork is processed, and collaborate with Office Staff, Sales Reps, and hospital staff to provide professional customer service in a district sales office. Requires up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures, and a willingness to work overtime or in emergency situations; minimum two years of college with related experience or four years of combined education/experience, with a 4-year degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years college with classes in operations, customer service or distribution desired
- In lieu of college classes, a combination of education and above experience totaling four years is required
- 4-year bachelor's degree preferred
