Field Listers

Conduct physical surveys of residential and commercial properties and interview residents to confirm property conditions. Inspect subject properties, neighborhoods, and markets while researching factual data and sale or rental transactions. Enter data into computer systems to maintain accurate listings and prepare reports under direct supervision from a designated appraiser. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement, and ability to operate office machinery while carrying objects up to 30 pounds. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred with construction, drafting, or appraisal training.
