Job Summary
Field Liaison to PSC Operations supporting Field Reimbursement integration and patient access workflows. Responsibilities include acting as the PSC Operations point of contact for Field Reimbursement team members, communicating PSC services, workflows, and SLAs to HCP offices and patients, compiling performance data (benefit investigations, prior authorization turnaround, denial trends), maintaining documentation in CRM/PSC systems, triaging complex access issues, coordinating escalations, supporting new patient access programs, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and non-promotional standards. Requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech operations or related fields, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with CRM and data tools. Travel 10–30% for regional meetings and trainings, with primarily remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required - preferably in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech operations, patient services, field reimbursement support, payer relations, or a closely related function
- Experience partnering with or supporting Field Reimbursement Managers, Field Reimbursement Associate Directors, Market Access, or Patient Support Services teams
- Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in managing multiple escalations
- Proficiency with CRM, case management systems, and Microsoft Office tools
