Field Liaison, PSC Operations

Job Summary
Field Liaison to serve as the operational link between internal case management and Field Reimbursement teams within the Patient Service Center (PSC). Non-promotional, operations-focused role coordinating complex patient access cases, translating field insights into process improvements, and providing clear PSC visibility. Responsibilities include communicating PSC services, SLAs, documentation expectations with healthcare offices and patients; compiling PSC performance data (benefit investigations, time-to-therapy, prior authorization turnaround, denial trends); maintaining CRM case records; triaging and coordinating resolution of access/reimbursement challenges; supporting implementation of new patient access programs and payer policy updates; contributing to PSC reporting and dashboards; ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations; and traveling periodically (approximately 10–30%). Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience in specialty reimbursement processes; strong CRM and MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech operations, patient services, field reimbursement support, payer relations, or related function
- Experience partnering with Field Reimbursement Managers, Field Reimbursement Associate Directors, Market Access, or Patient Support Services teams
- Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple escalations
