Job Summary
Oversee multiple restaurant locations by fostering strong partnerships with restaurant managers and ensuring a food safety-first culture. Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing while training and validating employees on key operational elements. Maintain a laser-like focus on the guest experience and lead through others by developing team members. Leverage previous multi-unit restaurant experience to jump in and assist when needed, communicating effectively in the primary language of the work location.
Required Qualifications
- Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing... you get the idea)
- Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture
- Passion for team development and leading through others
- A laser-like focus on the guest experience
- The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
- A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
