Job Summary
Manage staffing, including recruitment and rostering for active GravitasOPG projects. Coordinate field operations, monitor staff attendance and performance KPIs, and maintain quality, compliance, and health & safety standards. Resolve coverage gaps quickly while communicating proactively with field teams and the Fieldwork Director regarding changes or risks. This hands-on coordination role supports established field staff, casual, and fixed-term employees to ensure efficient project delivery. The position requires 3-5 years of experience in staffing management and rostering, with a hybrid schedule of one day from home.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3-5 years experience managing staffing and coordinating project requirements, including, recruitment, rostering and scheduling
- highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Calm under pressure with a natural problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent using rostering systems, Excel and Outlook
- NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
