Job Summary
Field Layout Coordinator responsible for coordinating field layout and basic surveying activities on concrete frame projects. Duties include establishing horizontal/vertical control with Total Stations, laying out foundations, columns, walls, decks, embeds, and elevation points; reviewing project documents; clerical documentation of engineering activities; maintaining surveying equipment; and supporting the team across Colorado operations with up to 70% travel. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Open to ongoing assignments with an on-site work arrangement in Aurora, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in field engineering/lay-out.
- Good communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal.
- Extensive travel up to 70%.
- Proficient at reading and understanding contract drawing, including but not limited to both structural and architectural drawings, with the ability to cross check between the two documents as needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in fast paced environment.
