Job Summary
Field Laborer in Oil & Gas Water Operations performing hands-on setup, operation, and maintenance of pumps, pipelines, and water transfer equipment in outdoor field environments. Roles include setting up/tearing down equipment, monitoring fluid levels and pressures, following safety procedures and SOPs, communicating effectively, and working in a team. Travel to job sites with potential overnight stays; 12-hour shifts possible; outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Training provided and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments
