Job Summary
Field Laboratory Rep responsible for collecting urine specimens, direct observation of specimens, entering patient information into the electronic requisition form, and packaging/shipping specimens to the lab. Duties include maintaining accurate documentation, following HIPAA policies, inventory management, collaborating with a team of laboratory professionals, and delivering superior customer service. Requires reliable transportation, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to perform physical activities such as walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
