Job Summary
Perform general construction labor for installing precast members and support field installation crew. Work with wood, metal, and concrete materials using hand and power tools. Follow directions from the Field Foreman and Field Superintendent. Operate equipment including concrete saws, learn welding and grout techniques, and manage rigging from crane connections. Maintain safety practices, collaborate with team members, and be willing to travel and work in varying weather conditions. Must be comfortable with physical labor, reading blueprints and tape measures, and meeting basic construction expectations. High School Diploma or GED preferred; OSHA 10 Hour certification desired; ability to obtain local laborers’ union membership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Construction or manual labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 Hour certification
- Ability to obtain membership in a local laborers' union
