Job Summary

Implement, supervise and improve frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, organization, metrics, processes, systems, plans, activities and promotions to achieve sales and distribution goals in a specified territory. Drive the annual business plan for the territory-channel-outlets, execute demand-generation activities, visibility and merchandising plans, and monitor distribution objectives (range availability, product placement) with the sales team. Manage distributor and super stockist operations, perform data mining and planning to inform programs, train the sales and merchandising team, and ensure execution of critical programs with timely, high-quality results. Maintain relationships with top outlets, spend significant time in-market (18 days per month) to execute outlet-level plans, train teams, and generate business. Handle financial claims settlements with outlets and distributors within stipulated timelines, and ensure adherence to planned calls and disciplined reporting. Provide input on channel classification, budgets vs. spends for trade programs, and overall sales goal achievement. Safety and environmental health considerations are emphasized as part of daily operations.
