Job Summary
Direct and oversee all Asset Protection investigative processes in assigned high-risk locations, ensuring investigations meet legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with store and field teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate shortage risk while developing relationships with District Asset Protection Managers. Execute team-based deep dive methodologies to address local theft trends and partner with law enforcement and supply chain providers to resolve issues. Conduct trend analysis of inventory shortages and communicate findings to stakeholders, while reducing civil exposure by correcting policy violations. Facilitate training seminars and knowledge assessments for field leadership to translate learning into applied behaviors. Bachelor's degree or five years of retail asset protection experience required, with a Wicklander-Zulawski Interviewing Certificate preferred. Full-time role with competitive wages ranging from $65,000 to $80,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of Retail Asset Protection experience
- Strategic understanding of the retail loss prevention and security environment
- Proven record of influencing change
- Experience conducting internal investigation interviews
- Managing external apprehension programs
- Proven ability to successfully resolve incidents
- Wicklander-Zulawski Interviewing Certificate
- CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer)
