Field Inventory Specialist

Inventory-focused role overseeing field-shop parts and materials for Mesa Natural Gas Solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring technicians have the correct parts and part numbers on service orders (tracked in NAV), identifying critical shortages to prevent expedited shipping, maintaining organized stock across shop locations, and serving as the main point of contact for inventory issues (including damages, warranty, and discrepancies) while coordinating with procurement and HQ. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. The position involves close collaboration with shop technicians and other inventory staff to maintain accurate part consumption and stock levels in a fast-paced environment.
