Job Summary
Field Inventory Analyst III will be responsible for delivering activities related to field inventory programs, streamlining processes through technology, and providing reports and analytics to identify business drivers and monitor strategy execution for the field sales force. Collaborates with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Capital Service. Responsibilities include executing daily inventory program transactions (e.g., Capital Evaluations, Consignment, Sales Rep Inventory, cycle-counting), proactively identifying inventory improvements, creating/distributing inventory reporting, maintaining Windchill, documenting SOPs/WIs, cross-training across Field Inventory roles, participating in internal Quality audits, supporting new product launches by establishing procedures, and providing ad hoc project support to drive sales, improvements, or cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates understanding of the urgency of requests and how to effectively prioritize them
- Team-player with a positive attitude
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience and familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC); Experience with SAP and Tableau (or equivalent sales reporting tools); Prior Boston Scientific or Med Device experience
