Job Summary
Conduct vital research interviews in people's homes covering health, housing, and transport topics using a tablet or laptop. Knock on doors to guide conversations capturing real daily life experiences, accepting that some residents may not answer or decline participation as part of the process. When interviews proceed, document stories that contribute to creating change and improving people's lives. Requires a valid UK driving licence, sole use of a car, Class 1 Business insurance, and right to work in the UK. Earn £20-£30 per interview plus admin fees, holiday pay, travel time, and mileage allowances. Minimum of 18 hours available per week with flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car
- Class 1 Business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete a DBS check
- Reliable home broadband
- Laptop or tablet with camera
- Comfortable using basic technology
- At least 18 hours available per week
- Flexibility for weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Strong verbal and written English
- Good at talking to people
- Friendly and professional
- Resilient and confident
- Self-motivated and independent
- Having good time management and prioritising skills
- Retail, hospitality, admin, driving, sales or any customer-facing role experience
