Job Summary
Conduct vital research interviews in participants' homes covering health, housing, and transport topics using a tablet or laptop. Knock on doors to capture real experiences of daily life in Britain, managing conversations that guide participants through their stories. Accept that some residents may not answer or decline, but focus on building rapport when they agree to share their experiences. Maintain flexibility for weekday, evening, and weekend availability while ensuring at least 18 hours per week are available. This role suits individuals with a valid UK driving licence, sole use of a car, and Class 1 Business insurance who enjoy helping others and have strong verbal and written English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car
- Class 1 Business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete a DBS check
- Reliable home broadband
- Laptop or tablet with camera
- Comfortable using basic technology
- At least 18 hours available per week
- Flexibility for weekdays, evenings and weekends
