Job Summary
Conduct home visits to carry out research interviews on health, housing, and transport topics using a tablet or laptop. Guide conversations that capture real experiences of daily life in Britain while managing variable response rates, including door knockouts and refusals. Complete a DBS check, maintain valid UK driving licence and business insurance, and utilize travel time and mileage allowances. Maintain at least 18 hours availability per week with flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car
- Class 1 Business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete a DBS check
- Reliable home broadband
- Laptop or tablet with camera
- Comfortable using basic technology
- At least 18 hours available per week
- Flexibility for weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Strong verbal and written English
- Good at talking to people
- Friendly and professional
- Resilient and confident
- Self-motivated and independent
- Having good time management and prioritising skills
