Job Summary
Support construction supervisors with daily and weekly tasks, including preparing daily reports and conducting safety walks. Provide technical assistance by interpreting drawings and submittals, while understanding project schedules to identify the critical path and contribute to short-term planning. Participate in project tasks such as attending meetings, performing inspections, and verifying materials, alongside engaging in hands-on labor tasks under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency, while developing problem-solving skills to keep projects on schedule. This field-based role involves frequent standing, walking, and use of tools on active construction sites in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with travel up to 60 miles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Display solid work ethic and enthusiasm
- Communicate effectively and respect others on the project team
- Possess good safety awareness
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Vision requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Travel to project sites (up to ~60 miles each way)
