Job Summary
Develop techno-commercial proposals for Rosemount field instrumentation and manage end-to-end execution of project orders. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Rosemount products. Review RFQs and select suitable instruments by defining detailed technical specifications. Design and recommend instrumentation solutions aligned with specific process applications. Support Emerson Sales Offices to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Prepare and manage post-order documentation, including document clean-up, addressing customer comments, and ensuring timely submission. Participate in internal project execution meetings to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable outcomes. Coordinate procurement of buyout items and work closely with external vendors. Take ownership of meeting committed project schedules and milestones. Maintain logs and records of key project and proposal metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in core instrumentation within process industry, EPC organizations, or OEM environments
- Understanding of pressure, temperature, differential pressure, flow, level measurement, radar-based level instruments, and flame and gas monitoring systems
- Familiarity with installation, calibration, and practical application of field instruments
- Knowledge of instrument data sheets, technical specifications, and international standards for hazardous and flammable areas, and IP codes
- Ability to select appropriate instrument types and models based on customer requirements
- Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project is an advantage
- Exposure to post-order documentation and project execution activities
