Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic instrumentation monitoring oilfield service equipment using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software. Operate light duty trucks safely in all weather conditions and perform general housekeeping and routine property maintenance. Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by utilizing proper PPE and attending required training sessions. Work under constant supervision with availability for schedule adjustments, on-call nights, weekends, and holidays, including 12+ hour shifts involving physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in extreme environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Maintaining a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of electronic instrumentation and automation equipment used in hydraulic fracturing operations
- Must be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Clear communication skills
- Must be willing and able to make schedule adjustments when required and work alternate shifts as requested by supervisor
- Must be willing and able to be on call nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be safety conscious and willing to use stop work authority when necessary
- Must be physically able to safely operate light duty trucks and drive a company vehicle day or night, on all road types, and in all weather conditions
- Must be physically able to safely to perform duties during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days or nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to safely perform duties in all weather conditions
- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift
- Must be physically able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Must be physically able to withstand frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles, and moderate to loud noises
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 6 Months' experience maintaining and repairing electronic instrumentation and automation equipment on well servicing equipment
- A technical Associate degree
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and able to quickly learn other work-related software
