Job Summary
Field Installer/Trainer fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) needed to travel locally in Los Angeles, CA to educate customers on Sorenson’s Video Relay Service (VRS) devices. Responsible for installing Sorenson VRS equipment at customer homes and businesses, performing VRS training and service calls, educating customers on features/benefits, and participating in outreach events with Sales/Outreach and Marketing. Travel is required (local daily travel 50-75%), with extensive experience in installing VRS equipment and related networking (T1, DSL, high-speed internet); strong written and ASL communication skills; must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel long distances and stay overnight when needed. Vaccination/testing requirements may apply. Salary estimated at $11.01-$17.45/hour (annualized to approximately $22,901-$36,296).
