Job Summary
Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to full customer satisfaction, including copper cable maintenance, fault finding, jointing, and networking. Manage Fibre, Core network technology, and Data services while installing Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business environments. Perform fault finding over copper networks in rural or remote settings. Requires a Certificate III in Telecommunications, open cabling license, traffic management qualifications, and a white card. Role involves 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with overtime available.
