Job Summary
Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to customer satisfaction, including copper cable maintenance, fault finding, and networking in rural or remote settings. Manage Fibre, Core network technology, and Data services while performing Customer Premises Equipment maintenance for both consumer and business environments. Execute jointing, jumpering, and network installations without immediate supervision to ensure optimum commercial outcomes. Requires a Certificate III in Telecommunications, current driver's license, and relevant industry licenses. Based in Burnie with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with overtime available when required.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Telecommunications
- Open cabling license
- Traffic management qualifications
- An industry white card
- Current driver's license
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- Reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate
