Field Installer

Field Installer at L&H Companies responsible for installing a variety of sign types (including illuminated and non-illuminated signage such as pylon, pole, monument, channel letters, ADA and interior lobby signage) with minimal supervision. Duties include upholding quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe work area, coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers and team members, following safety protocols, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the installation process. Must be able to read and interpret installation drawings/site plans, operate hand/power tools, lift up to 45 lbs, travel as needed, and be willing to cross-train in other areas. OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B preferred or willingness to obtain). Strong teamwork, adaptability to outside hours, and commitment to craftsmanship are essential.
