Job Summary
Prepare job sites by clearing debris, staging materials, and organizing tools. Load and unload products safely, then support the crew and project foreman through all installation phases for commercial playgrounds, shade systems, and outdoor recreational equipment. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as directed while maintaining a clean work site from start to final walkthrough. Complete end-of-day cleanup and equipment staging for the next day. Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times. Must be physically capable of demanding outdoor labor including lifting, bending, and extended time on feet in varying weather. Prior experience in construction or outdoor installation is a plus.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred -- motivated candidates with relevant experience encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in construction or outdoor installation work is a plus -- we are willing to train the right person
- Experience with forklifts, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred
