Job Summary
Field Installation Technician responsible for installing and servicing premium window treatments (blinds, shades, shutters) in customers' homes, delivering a high-quality, white-glove install. You’ll perform precise measurements, handle full installations, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Production to ensure outstanding client experience. You will troubleshoot on-site, make real-time decisions to keep projects moving, and participate in ongoing paid training and new product rollouts. The role requires independent work, a customer-first mindset, strong communication with homeowners, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a valid driver’s license and good driving record are required. Schedule is full-time (Tuesday–Saturday) with performance-based pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or trade school degree/technical certification preferred
- Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with a good driving record
