Job Summary
Review job packets for completeness, verify materials to be ordered, and coordinate change orders with the Purchasing Agent. Manage and coordinate change orders while ensuring customers complete satisfaction checklists and final balances are collected. Procure necessary permits and communicate production discrepancies with Sales and Production Managers to resolve issues. Coordinate punch list items and confirm specifics with customers to maintain project accuracy. This production position oversees all management aspects of installation projects while staying within monthly production and financial goals. Training is conducted at the New Castle, DE office, with reimbursement provided for transportation and food.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Driver's License
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Home remodeling experiences
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors and gutter installation
